I can not wait until the new year =]
Thanks to everyone that has supported me I've just be having a really bad time these past few months it makes me feel selfish when I complain, so I'm going to not to I want to say positive =]
I am going to surround myself with positive things and write down things that make me happy and what I like about myself and stick it on my mirror so when I'm feeling down I can just look at it and focus on that. =D
I think it's a good idea =]
So how about you all tell me something you like about yourselves?

RULES:
1. use the internet for support,thinspo etc
2. text me if needed
3. drink lots of fluids water/black tea/options hot choc.
4. eat more fruit/vegetables
5. exercise more
6. sleep as much as you can when hungry or occupy yourself so you forget.
7. mess it up cal wise as much as possible.
8. try not to purge or abuse laxatives they mess us up internally.
9. ful glass of water before each meal/when hungry
10. no intake 8am-8pm
11. maximum 800-900 cals.
12. vegetables are not included in meals unless a major part in meal.


Monday:
Breakfast: cup of tea or glass of orange juice.
Half ten: bottle of diet coke (drank through the day)
Noon: 300 cals (mine = pack of crisps, unlimited fruit, raisons or dried fruit. 2 low cal squash cartons)
Snack 100 cal snack (bar of choc)
Dinner: 600 cal unlimited veg.
MUST EAT FRUIT BEFORE MEAL.

Tuesday:
NO INTAKE.
UNLIMITED COLD DRINKS TODAY.
Sleep when you feel hunger pains, BUT MUST NOT MOVE FROM BED TILL MORNING. (Remember to pee before you sleep)


Wednesday:
Breakfast: two pieces of toast and fruit/raisons one slice of toast
Half ten: snack pack of fruit none
Lunch: rice cake packet.
Dinner: none.
UNLIMITED DRINKS THROUGH OUT THE DAY.
(water/tea/juice/squash etc.)

Thursday:
Breakfast: toast or cereal with fruit. 100cal
half ten: none
Lunch: sandwich or toast with fruit and yoghurt.
Snack 100 cal – piece of toast and tea.
Dinner: salad with the main meal. (chicken salad etc.) less than 400 calories

Friday:
Breakfast: toast or cereal,fruit. One slice of toast 100cal
Half ten: none
Lunch; sandwich crisps,fruit and juice.
Dinner: none 700cals
UNLIMITED HOT DRINKS TODAY.

Saturday:
Breakfast: none
11am; toast and fruit.
Lunch: blt sandwich tescos. (200cal)
Dinner; eat loads of fruit/salad and vegetables today.
hard day today so may have to use lax.
With parents and they control food intake and moan if don’t eat.

Sunday:
Breakfast: none
Lunch:fruit and cereal or salad
Dinner; Sunday roast served with salad no potatoes.
Tea/snack cup of tea and toast.

New low weight :) 113.
My goal weight is 110 by friday.
I think I can do it...
